Over the past several weeks, it has been proven to me in countless ways that there are actually still really decent, good people in this world. Most of you following this blog know that Ryan and I have a special needs child, Lexi, and a beautiful seven year old, Kaylee. Having two girls is very expensive, let alone one who is ill. A couple of months ago, Ryan asked me to marry him. While I dreamed of a big wedding, financially, it was unrealistic. However, just in the nick of time, an outpouring of generosity inundated us, making a wedding a realty after all!
With the help of several donations and gifts, on July 4, 2010 at 6:00 p.m., I will marry the love of my life in a vintage, country wedding. I could not feel more blessed than I do at this moment. Every single one of my dreams have come true.
I am speechless over the people who have come foward and showed my family that despite how wicked this world has become, when you are in need, God always makes a way, which I tend to forget in times of stress and weakness. I am eternally indebted to you all for helping us through this past year and a half with Lexi being sick and the countless other trials that have been thrown our way. xoxo forever!
In the midst of all of the wedding chaos, our oldest turned seven. We had a fantastic Hawaiian luau! I am very proud of Kaylee and the young lady she is becoming.
Time to retire for tonight. Will catch up with yall soon!
xoxo Judith
